We are pleased to inform you that we have opened another estate agency division  who will specialise in the marketing of smallholdings and farms and will be managed by duly admitted attorneys and agents with years of experience in the smallholding and farm market.

The sale and purchase of smallholdings is a specialised field in which the typical estate agent do not have the required experience. Legislation that controls rural areas are changing all the time, and there are various pitfalls in this market.

We realised that there is a need for a company that specialises in the marketing of small holdings and farms, with personnel who have proper knowledge of the legal aspects and who will be able to answer all questions relating to smallholdings and farms.

Our firm of attorneys have been actively involved in the property market for 18 years in our capacity of franchise holder of Remax, Melkbosstrand for a couple of years and owners of Atlantis Properties; Viljoen & Jordaan Properties, Melkbosstrand; and The Property Centre, Table View.

We have offices in Cape Town, Melkbosstrand, Malmesbury and Atlantis for the past 18 years.

Dawn Goodwin, who has been actively involved in the marketing of smallholdings in the areas listed above  for almost 20 years, joined our team, and probably sold more smallholdings than any other agent in this area. She lives on a smallholding in Klein Dassenberg for more than 30 years and knows the history of this area better than any other agent.

Our senior partner based at the Atlantis office, Paul Viljoen, has been a property lawyer in your area for the past 18 years, and are moving  to a small holding in the abovementioned area and is experienced in the marketing of small holdings and farms.

We have all the experience to assist in any subdivision and registration thereof.

We are on the panel of Absa Bank and Standard Bank on whose behalf we register bonds in your area.

Fanus Nell, who is in charge of our Conveyancing, has more than 20 years experience and he and Paul Viljoen transferred more than 800 properties in the Atlantis, Dassenberg Melkbos and Philadelphia district.
